She is survived by: her husband Bruce Johnston of Webster City, IA; her son Matthew; her daughter-in-law Claudia Johnston of Rosemount, MN; her daughter Sara Johnston; her grandchildren, Jae Johnston of Webster City, IA, Wyatt Johnston of Minneapolis, MN, Macy Etherington (Brady) of Fort Dodge, IA and Jacob Worthen of Urbandale, IA.; her siblings, Larry Patterson, Liz Johnson (Duane), Marvin Patterson (Laurann), Sharon Lutz and Peggy Rice (Russell); and her siblings-in-law, Mark Johnston (Linda), Scott Johnston and Carol Patterson.
