He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Biggs and Betty Biggs (Fisher); his niece Heather Moore; and his nephew Mark Cunningham. He is survived by: his sons, Tyler Biggs (Inness) of Portland, OR and Jeremy Biggs (Lois Stetson) of Urbandale; his grandson Dylan Nelson; and his sisters, Judy Nieman (Gary) of Garner, Jane Danger (John) of Alden, Shelly Ford (Larry) of Weatherford, TX and Roxanne Moore (Randy) of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with many close classmates.
