He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Chalupa and Velda Chalupa (Duwa); his sister Beverly Mast; and his grandson Austin Chalupa. He is survived by: his children, Bill Chalupa of Mt Pleasant, James Chalupa of Washington, Necole Miller (Bill) of Keota, Todd Chalupa of Washington and Wendee Chalupa of Washington; and the mother of his children Diane Chalupa of Washington. He is also survived by many grandchildren, a few great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
