She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jacob Slaubaugh, Joshua Slaubaugh (Mikayla), Hailey Slaubaugh, Ryan Slaubaugh, Aaron Slaubaugh, Emma Slaubaugh, Avery Slaubaugh and Payton Frye; her great grandchild Liza Slaubaugh; her husband Doug Slaubaugh; her children, Tom Slaubaugh (Kate), Julie Frye (Chris) and Scott Slaubaugh (Nicole); her daughter-in-law Kari Dolash (Scott); and her siblings, Terry Hogendorn, Jo Rae Pieffer, Marsha Raitt, Denise Naughton, Honore Johnston, Kris Lacina, April Rouner and Lenny Hogendorn.
