She is survived by: her children, Richard "Dick" Schlabaugh (Connie) of Riverside and Laurel Schlabaugh of Parnell, Iowa.. She is also survived by Two grandchildren, four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

A memorial fund has been established for Asbury United Methodist Church, Pleasantview Home and Iowa City Hospice.
