He is survived by: his sister Terry Slockett Freese; his nieces and nephews, Kathy Errico (Bryan), Jesseca Slockett Freese (Steve Edwards), Missy Disterhoft (Jeff), James Thomas Freese and James "Luke" Slockett (Shannon); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Angela, Andie, Allyson, Brynlee, Nate, Bryar and Niko James; and also Caleb.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Parkside Banquet Hall.
