He is survived by: his wife Janice Schafer of Wellsburg, Iowa; his daughter Laura Woods (Kyle Buckley) of New Providence; his grandchildren, Courtney and Garrett; his son Bradley Schafer (Shelly) of Wellsburg; and his grandchildren, Sidney, Braelyn and Delaney. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
