He is survived by: his wife Ginny Groninga (Doyen); his stepsons, Derek Haupt (Shannon), Nick Haupt, Michael Haupt (April) and Bryan Haupt; his grandchildren, Hannah of Wellsburg, Caleb of Wellsburg, Alexa of Wellsburg and Talea of Wellsburg; and his siblings, Barbara Gilliam of Des Moines, Randy Groninga of Wellsburg, Rosemary Gethmann (Wade) of Hubbard and Troy Groninga (Maria) of Wellsburg. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
