He was predeceased by : his parents, Melvin Tack and Jeannette Tack (Riekena); his wife Norma Murra of Wellsburg; and his granddaughter Megan. He is survived by : his children, Mark Tack (Christine) of Elkhart, IN, Nancy Coles (Rick) of Ripon, WI, Brenda Neff (Curt) of Cedar Falls and Lisa Johnson (Bruce) of Osage; his grandchildren, Dan Tack, Lindsay Turnage, Alan Tack, Michael Coles, Sara Mueller, Jennifer Coles, Katie Coles, Emily Koch, Shelby Schaa, Brooke Johnson and Tyler Johnson; his great grandchildren, Reid, Anberlin, Arlandria Tack, Parker, Clark Turnage, Riann Coles, Amiah Marshall, Addylyn, Isabelle, Maxen Schaa, Kennedy and Henry Johnson; and his brothers, Dennis Tack (Linda) of Hollister, MO and Dr. Leland Tack (Wendy) of Johnston, IA. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the family and will be donated to charities in his honor.
