He is survived by: his children, Jeremy Richter (Tracy) of Lincoln, Jessica Brown (Brian) of Mason City, Joshua Richter (Kasondra) of Kanawha, Jacob Richter (Brittney) of Algona, Jenna Richter of Mason City and John Richter of Mason City; his siblings, Connie Smith (Walt) of Rock Hill, SC, Bill Richter (Cathie) of Whittemore, Phil Richter (Rhonda) of Malvern, Mark Richter (Tina) of Johnstown, OH, Jeff Richter (Janice) of Wesley and Jim Richter (Julie) of Corwith; his sister-in-law Scherry Richter; and his grandchildren, Elijah, Wyatt, Taylor, Leah, Thea, Kayden, Kyiah and Kaylee.
