She is survived by: her parents, Aaron Montag and Andrea Montag of West Bend; her grandparents, Denise Eichenberger, Randy Gisch and Frank Montag; and her aunts and uncles, Deanna Klopf (Pat), Jenni Gauley (Kenny), Amanda Gisch, Daniel Gisch, Alyssa Gisch, Ethan Gisch (Allison), Miranda Gisch, Chris Montag (Rachel), Mitch Montag (Kelly) and Ian Montag.
Contributions will be directed to organizations that assist families experiencing the loss of a newborn.
