He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Struecker and Ida Struecker (Lauck); his brother-in-law Arnold Heldt; and his nephew Jeff Clausen. He is survived by: his wife Janice Will of West Bend; his children, Rick Struecker of Lake City, IA, Julie Welsh (Kelly) of Jessup, IA, Rev. Steven Struecker (Kathy) of West Bend and Sherri Frieden (Bill) of West Bend; and his sisters, Arlene Heldt of Mallard and Lola Clausen (Hans) of Pocahontas. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Peace Lutheran Church (703 2nd Ave SE, West Bend, IA 50597). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the same location.
