He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dahlhauser and Mildred Dahlhauser (Piper); his son Mark; and his grandparents, Peter, Josephine Dahlhauser, Max and Nelle Piper.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Dahlhauser (Jim Reynolds) of Davenport, Michael Dahlhauser of Oskaloosa and Lisa Williams (Scott) of Des Moines; his stepgranddaughter K'tiana Boutchee; and his siblings, Betty Sampson (Brent) of Lincoln, NE, Tim Dahlhauser of West Bend, Gene Dahlhauser (Diane) of West Bend and Charlie Dahlhauser of Algona. He is also survived by 7 nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
