He is survived by: his wife Carol of West Branch; his daughter Brittany Simons (Nathan) of Johnston, Iowa; his son-in-law Lawrence Day II of West Branch; his grandchildren, Rowen, Rhys, Ryah Day, Payton and Tate Simons; and his siblings, Ronald Iles (Greta) of Clarinda and Linda Price (Glenn) of Webster City, Iowa..
