He is survived by: his mother Edna Blakely; his wife Jill "Penny" Blakely of Keokuk; his children, Tammy Smith (Aaron) of Wataga and Jody Zohfeld of Keokuk; his grandchildren, Cole, Riley, Gavin, Diana, Lydia, Damien, Landyn, Aiden and Cavin; and his siblings, Linda Wagner, Sue Hewitt and Richard Blakely.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the DeJong-Printy Funeral Home (917 Blondeau St, Keokuk, IA 52632). A funeral service was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
