He was predeceased by: his father Joseph William; and his brother Jamie Parton. He is survived by: his mother Linda King Parton (Floyd "Jim") of West Point; his siblings, Danny Whitmore of Burlington, Chad Parton of Burlington, Lisa Jessop (Dale) of Burlington and Tanya Parton (Blaze Gilchrist) of Davenport; his nieces, Jenni Diaz (Christian), Jessica Ngo and Christina Ngo; and his great-nieces, Aaliyah, Isabella Diaz and Sky Sainz.
