He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Glasgow and Alice Glasgow (Schrader); his wife Rosemary Boeding; and his grandson-in-law Kevin O'Neill. He is survived by: his children, Jerry Glasgow (Kim) of Burlington, Susan Eastin (Greg) of Burlington, Bill Glasgow (Susan) of Burlington, Jeff Glasgow (Julie) of Burlington, Terry Glasgow (LuAnne Davey) of Norwalk and Kathy Cameron (Michael) of West Burlington; his grandchildren, Tyler Glasgow (Julie), Sarah Jacobs (Ryan), Travis Eastin (Carly), Amber O'Neill, Jacob Glasgow (Meagan), Lucas Glasgow (Kim), Ben Cameron (Shawna), Nick Eastin (Kali), Blake Cameron (Samantha) of Chris Eastin, DJ and Anne Palmer (Shay); and his brothers, Marvin Glasgow of Denmark, Frank Glasgow of Dothan, AL and Dale Glasgow of Danville. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House and Divine Mercy Parish.
