She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Clark and Doris Clark (Knight); her granddaughter Mallery Doak; and her brothers-in-law, Tom Buckallew and Pete Bazil.
She is survived by: her children, David Tarwater of Burlington, Malisa Wingo of West Burlington and Scott Broeg of Fort Madison; and her siblings, Margaret Buckallew of Burlington, Loretta Bazil of Linton, Fred Clark Sr. of Wests Burlington and Willard "Bo" Clark of Burlington. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
