He is survived by: his wife Sue Nelson of West Burlington; his daughter Julie Glasgow (Tyler) of Grimes, IA; his grandchildren, Cole Glasgow of Grimes, IA and Landry Glasgow of Grimes, IA; his sister-in-law Pam Nelson of Burlington; his nieces and nephews, Heidi (Marc), Stacey (Jim), Carly (Iggy), Geoff (Lupita), Ruslan and Scott Bonar; his siblings-in-law, Donna Bonar and Russ Bonar; and his close friends, Darren and Kim Grimshaw.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Community Foundation of Des Moines County.
