He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn P. Moore and Helen Elaine Moore; his mother-in-law Patricia "Patty" Keen; his wife Patty; and his siblings, Jerry Moore, Paul Moore, Sharon Lentner and Patricia Lynn Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Lester Moore, Vona Vernoy (John), Melinda Belville (Rick) and Laura (Brian); and his sister Renee Hartley. He is also survived by 15 foster children; 26 grandchildren; three great grand children.
