She was predeceased by: her parents, John Prendergast and Margaret Prendergast (Lilly); and her siblings, Eloise Rudisin, Paul Prendergast, Patricia Overton Prendergast, John Prendergast and Mary Ellen Swift.

She is survived by: her sister Maureen Schmit. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
