She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Gawerecki and Mary Gawerecki; her husband Richard Charles Hoffman; and her children, Mary Algya and Charles Hoffman (Chuck).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Chaz Hoffman (Liz) and Megan Algya; her great grandchildren, Elsey Hoffman and William Hoffman; and her sister-in-law Eula Gawerecki.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 7805 W Center Rd, Omaha, NE 68124.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a church or charity of one's choice.
