It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burrell Oliver Jr. of West Des Moines, Iowa, born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on December 19, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burrell Sr. Oliver and Evelyn Oliver; and his sister-in-law Paula Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Mary Oliver; his children, Janine Tingwald (Tim) and David Oliver (Tammy); his grandchildren, Wyatt "Elleven" Oliver, Carson Tingwald, Alaina Tingwald (Caleb) and Kara Oliver (Dustin); and his siblings, Nancy Pentico (Bob), Kristy Steele (Jon) and Steven Oliver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He will be deeply missed by all who know him and in loving memory contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
