It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford A. McFarland (West Des Moines, Iowa), who passed away on June 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Martha McFarland and Clifford McFarland; his wife Patricia Clayton; his children, Kathy McFarland Stilwell of Anchorage, AK, Scott McFarland (Des Moines) and Dana McFarland Lensing of Castle Rock, CO; his grandchildren, Aaron Stilwell, Brandon Stilwell (Kiri), Breanna Bullock (Drew), Mitchell Lensing, Brett Lensing, Gunnar McFarland and Sawyer McFarland; and also Tony Lensing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
