He is survived by: his mother Annie Schork (Webster) of Maquoketa, Iowa; his children, Catherine Guyton (Todd) of Colona, Christopher Schork of Clinton and Candace Duncan (Shawn Aldeman) of Iowa City, Iowa; and his siblings, Tony Schork (Koreen) of Maquoketa, Iowa, Anita Price of Maquoketa, Naomi Barton (Christian) of Montgomery and Rhonda Walker (Matt) of Trenton, Missouri. He is also survived by seven grandkids; two step-grandsons.
