He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Darin Rutherford (Kristi), Kim Williams and Austin Rutherford (Kristin); his grandchildren, Brenna, Andrew, Emma, Owen, Tate, Madison, Leah and Morgan; and his siblings, Kenny Rutherford and Marcia Moreland.
