He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Wharff and W. Harold Wharff; his wife Marianne; his stepfather Ray Owens; and his daughter-in-law Debbie Mancini Wharff.
He is survived by: his daughter Maria Cameron; his son-in-law Bruce; his son Michael Wharff; and his daughter-in-law Melissa.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (302 E Howard St, Colfax, IA 50054). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Colfax Historical Society.
