He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Levi and Mary Charlotte Burk (Penninger); his brother John Burk (Jeane); and his parents-in-law, Hazel and Loren Culley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Kathy Schramm (Brian) and Steve Burk; his grandchildren, Conner, Kendra Schramm and Asher Burk; his sister Dorothy Sheckler; and his siblings-in-law, Don and Jan Kersey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
