He is survived by: his friend Jerry; his wife Denise Lamb; his daughters, Heather Wallin (Jeremy) and Lyndsey Lamb; his grandchildren, Maiya (Patrick), Bryan, Tyler, Colby, Willow and Lily; his great grandchildren, Jasper, Harper and Maverick; and his brother John. He is also survived by family members, friends.
