He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicolas Aguilera Gonzalez and Catalina Rodríguez Delgado; and his grandparents, Eduardo Rodríguez, María of Jesús Delgado, Jesús Aguilera and Enriqueta González.

He is survived by: his son William Daniel Rodríguez; and his siblings, Ricardo, Arcelia, Yolanda, Marisela, Griselda, Gabriela and Verónica Aguilera Rodríguez.
