He is survived by: his wife Renee Richards; his children, Kimberly Raker (Javier), Amy Raker (Sonny) and Ryan Raker (Rachel); his grandchildren, Joel, Devon (Diana), Isabel, Violet, Lily, Landen, Layla, Kiera and Klayton; his great grandchildren, Luna and Mia; and his brothers, Donald Raker Jr. and Robert Raker.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Iles Dunn's Chapel (2121 Grand Ave, Des Moines, IA 50312).
