She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Arnie, Mary Sturm, Herb and Evie Knockel. She is survived by: her husband Ryan Eddy; her sons, Nile and Ty; her parents, Mike Knockel and Jeanne Knockel of Bellevue, IA; her brother Jason Knockel (Tina) of Dubuque, IA; her mother-in-law Janelle Eddy (Phil) of Parkersburg, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Amy Hosch of Des Moines and Rusty (Julie) of Parkersburg, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Horizon Hall (970 N Riverview St, Bellevue, IA 52031).
A memorial fund has been established in Jen's memory.
