He was predeceased by: his father James Dearduff; his in-laws, Charles and Lorraine Baker of Cedar Rapids; and his sister-in-law Kathy Morgan-Baker of Cedar Rapids. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Dearduff of Clive; his wife Vicki Dearduff; his son Logan Dearduff; his sister Erika Jurkiewicz (J. C.); and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Roberts (Dean) of Cedar Rapids and Wayne Baker (Michelle) of Solon. He is also survived by many nephew and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of Jeremy.
