He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Luther Bruckshaw (Dick) and Lucile Farrington Bruckshaw; his wife Susan Anderson; his daughter Ann Mack; and his sister Susan Hixenbaugh.

He is survived by: his children, Mike Bruckshaw (Sherri) of Johnston, IA and Beth Kalmes (Jim) of Yardley, PA; his son-in-law Todd Mack of Anderson, OH.; and his grandchildren, Ben, Mitch Bruckshaw (Stephanie), Hannah Mack (Zak), Ellen Pottschmidt (Andrew), Jack and Max Kalmes.

He taught Sunday school for many years, served on the church's Foundation Board, and participated in the Men's group.
