He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lowe and Mabel Lowe; his wife Carol Twait; and his siblings, Richard Lowe, Earl Lowe and Nadine Wiley.

He is survived by: his children, Diana Hatfield (Scott), Larry Lowe (Nancy), Scott Lowe and David Lowe; his stepsons, Jeff Twait (Diane) and Barry Twait of Cedar Falls, IA; and his grandchildren, Shani, Brandon, Nathan, Keeley, Derek, Stephanie, Jackson and Jenna. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

Memorial Contributions can be made to Covenant Presbyterian Church or the Parkinson's Foundations.
