He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Harrington Sr. and Norma Ruth Harrington (Carlson); and his brothers, Tim Harrington and Mike Harrington. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin Harrington of Grimes and Molly Harrington (Hugh Dunne) of Ireland; his sister-in-law Kellie Harrington of Des Moines; and his pet Duke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
