She was predeceased by: her parents, Art Nevey and Jean Nevey; and her sister Shari Benish. She is survived by: her husband Chuck Leyendecker; her son Tyson (Katie); her grandchildren, Charlie, Max and Oscar; and her sister Deb Nevey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for a fund that will be used to honor Pat's memory.
