She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Reynolds and Hazel Reynolds; her siblings, Glen, Jack Reynolds, Grace Rose and Barbara Jacobs; and her son Scott Jacobsen.

She is survived by : her sons, Richard and Todd Jacobsen (Tresa); her grandchildren, Maggie (Saul), John, Julia and Jerome; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Charley, Hollyn, Finnick and Scarlett.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the American Heart Association, Bidwell Riverside center or Toys for Tots.
