He is survived by: his former wife Gayle Perbera; his daughter Jennifer Perbera (Chad Van Waardhuizen); and his brother Patrick Holeso (Patty) of Mililani, Hawaii. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
