She is survived by: her children, Corey Phillips of West Liberty and Terri Logan of Brookings, SD; her grandsons, Connor Logan, Lincoln Hesby and Ronin Hesby; her great grandchild Cameron Logan-Rodriguez; her sister Mary Kirk of Muscatine; her niece Heather Lanfier; and her cousin Larry Strause (Julia).
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Carole's name.
