He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph W. Remour and Velva M. Remour (Birely); his stepfather Donald Wilkinson; his brothers, Don Remour and Stanley Wilkinson; and his nephew Jeffery Remour.
He is survived by: his close friends, Sylvia Sexton and Karen Cabrera (Sexton); and his nephew Mike Remour (Ariana).
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Henderson Barker Funeral Home West Liberty (205 E Third St, West Liberty, IA 52776). The military honors was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Memory Garden Cemetery (2600 Muscatine Ave, Iowa City, IA 52240).
