He was predeceased by: his stepdaughter Jaimie Quigley. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Quigley; his daughter Abby Womack of Fort Madison; and his grandson Benjamin Charles. He is also survived by two sisters; two brothers and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established in his memory for Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House.
