He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Moeller and Marcella Moeller (Klesner); and his brothers, Richard and Paul Moeller. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Peffer; his children, Diane Francy (Jerry), Randy Moeller (Michelle), Wade Sass (Kelly), Carol Keester (Larry), Randi Sedy (Devron) and Kelly Anderson (Jason); his grandchildren, Kristin, Brent, Brianne, Jordan, Justin, Tyler, Alexis, Dalton, Devin, Brandon, Ben, Emily, Michael, Ryder, Jaxon and Cooper; and his siblings, Nancy Cutler (Mike) of Marion, Sr. (Joanne Moeller) of Iowa, Victor Moeller (Maureen) of Port Aransas, Ronnie Moeller (Sharon) of Fort Madison, Gary Moeller (Sandy) of Altoona and Roger Moeller (Joan) of West Point, Iowa.. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
