He is survived by: his wife Penny Lloyd of West Point, Iowa; his children, Don Flannagan (Rebecca Dodson), Misty Durbin (Ryan) and Jennifer Lloyd; his sister Shelley Parker; his grandsons, Chase, Colton and Seamus; and his great grandchild Adalynn.
