He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Smith; his children, Jennifer Anderson (Jason) of Donnellson and Aaron Fraise (Ann) of Charleston, Iowa; his grandchildren, Andrew Shaffer, Alexis Fraise, Addalyn Fraise, Ariah Fraise, Izzabell Anderson and Loki Anderson; his great grandchild Mia; and his siblings, Ralph Fraise (Betty) of Farmington, Alfred Fraise of Farmington and Annette Jones of Ottumwa, Iowa.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
