He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Carl Link and Martha Link (Holtkamp); his wife Mary (Hatala); his son David Link (Amy) of Solon, Iowa; his grandchildren, Morgan, Sophia and Jackson of Solon; his siblings, Maureen Kieler of West Point, Agnes Koellner (Steve) of Fort Madison, Bernard Link (Leah) of West Point and Maurice Link (Ann) of Yankton; his brother-in-law Robert Hatala (Polly) of Cedar Rapids; his parents-in-law, Norman and Cleo Hatala; and his brother-in-law Dan Kieler. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws.
