She is survived by : her parents, Charles William Wellington of Las Vegas, Nevada and Judy Ann Hill of Burlington, Iowa; her husband Kristopher Amberger of West Point, Iowa; her children, Carissa Burke (Dustin) of New London, Iowa, Tanner Woodsmall (Randi) of Mount Pleasant and Jack O'Keefe of Grand Rapids, Michigan; her stepfather Tom Martin of New London, Iowa; her granddaughters, Laila, Leanne and Liliana; and her siblings, Michelle Wellington of Anaheim, Tammy Wellington of Burlington and Charles Wellington (Shanon) of New London, Iowa.. She is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established in her memory to PAW Animal Shelter.
