She is survived by: her son Koyne Cassady (Rachel) of Midlothian, TX; her grandsons, Spencer Cassady (Olivia) of Dallas, TX and Jackson Cassady of Midlothian, TX; and her stepdaughters, Betty Ann Beutificato of San Diego and Mary Jane Tokosch of Phoenix. She is also survived by five step grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
