He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Holy Name Catholic Church (128 N Walnut St, West Union, IA 52175). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials may be directed to Camp Courageous in Thomas Dietzenbach's name.
