He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oeser and Caroline Margareta Oeser (Biehl); his wife Geri Oeser of Cecilia's Cathedral; and his siblings, Alvin Oeser, Velma Craig, LaVerne Burch, Marian Hennings, Lois Oeser, Norma Koch and Larry Oeser.
He is survived by: his children, Sheryl Podey (Lyle), Gregg Oeser (Lori), Dan Oeser, Janet Kroeger (Rollie), Lynn Rittgers and Julie Meisinger. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and two on the way; several nieces and nephews; and many other family members and friends.
